The contract also covers management of the upgraded heating plants, which includes operation and service of supplied equipment.
Natural gas consumption and heat supplies are continuously monitored and evaluated. The acquired data is used to determine gas cost savings in the given year and comparison with the contractually guaranteed reduction.
The new heating plants are reducing energy costs and have much lower maintenance costs.
